What will be expected of you

  • Manage the pipeline and oversee daily operations/workflow for the loan processing team.
  • Monitors workload to ensure timely processing of loan applications and capacity.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert resource to your processing team and assist them in working through file scenarios.
  • Oversee pipeline to ensure the success in meeting benchmarks including expected turn times and high quality decisions.
  • Participate and conduct weekly pipeline meetings with sales teams to review status and exceptions.
  • Partner with Production Sales and Operations to promote and achieve the highest level of customer service.
  • Monitor compliance issues and collaborate with other areas of operations and sales teams to ensure compliance with investor, state, and federal regulations.
  • Create an environment where your team can thrive while feeling included, valued, and supported.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for processing team.

What you will need to possess to guarantee your success…

  • 2+ years of Management experience 
  • 5 + years of residential mortgage processing, mortgage lending, underwriting or combination of direct experience. 
  • Knowledge of Conventional (FNMA/ FHLMC), FHA and VA 
  • Ability to analyze complex income scenarios and loan documentation 
  • Experience Encompass LOS
  • Ability to work Central Time Zone hours
  • Knowledge of Texas lending requirements
