OnBoarding Concierge

In this role you will drive the onboarding process for new employees across the organization by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders while being the primary point of contact. The goal is to deliver “WOW” service while being the conduit for questions or problem resolutions related to products, systems, workflows, policy and/or procedures .

What will be expected of you
- Direct and manage end-to-end onboarding process of new employees and ensure that internal and external stakeholders in the process are meeting the timelines established for all deliverables
- Seek opportunities to streamline and create synergies within existing processes while strengthening inter-departmental partnerships
- Provide a resolution pathway on support requests from new employees on various matters including training, compliance, guidelines, procedures, and LOS system
- Identify areas of further training opportunities or higher-level support needs
- Strive to create a 5-star rated service for internal customers
- Ensure that SLA timelines are met
What you will need to possess to guarantee your success…
- 3 plus years hands-on experience delivering a high-touch Customer Service with proven awards or recognition for quality-of-service level
- Demonstrated record of managing and/or leading multiple projects with time sensitive deadlines that require team collaboration
- 3 plus years of recent mortgage lending experience is preferred in sales, sales support, onboarding or operations
- Demonstrated ability in managing escalating issues efficiently and quickly
- Ability to assess the solution and identify resources
- Passionate about delivering high level of customer service
- Flexible in working various time zones as may be required
