Prepare Closing packages
Audit mortgage loan file for regulatory, company and investor compliance
Resolve any inaccuracies and fee tolerance violations
Review signed closing packages for accuracy
Provide funding authorization to Title/Escrow Agents.
Communicate and collaborate with Title/Escrow Agents and Operations team all working towards the same goal of providing a great customer experience!

3 plus years of recent residential Mortgage Loan Closing experience with purchase and refinance transactions ; multi-state closing experience a plus
Knowledgeable and well versed on TRID
Experience and extensive knowledge of new RESPA/GFE laws
Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced work setting
Experience closing 40 - 60 loans a month
Experience with Encompass OR LoanSoft loan origination systems is a plus
Passionate about delivering high level of quality service
